Please Read: This application will be submitted directly to the Tournament Director which will be evaluated by the Tournament Committee. Please Note - Submitting this application form does not guarantee your team will be selected, this application form will however hold an opening for your team during the selection process. Please answer all questions, upon completion of this application form, before you click "SUBMIT", print a copy and send the application form along with a check in the amount of $665.00 payable to Pennsbury Tournament. Mail to 1449 Windrow Lane, Yardley, Pennsylvania 19067. You will be advised by December 15, 2008 regarding entry into the tournament. Your check is not refundable once accepted into the tournament.
